- Prepare 1/2 cup masoor daal

- Soaked the daal for few hours and then boil it.. Strain it
- Put the daal in pan until all the water is dried up.. Add spices to it.. Your filling is ready.
- For dough mix all ingredients and make a dough but it should be harder then regular roti. Keep it for 1/2 hour rest.
- Make small ball and then put mixture in it.. Roll it and fry it.*tip for frying: donot turn until One side is brown.
