They are many variations to the korma recipes. How To Make: Shahi Mutton Korma. Heat the oil in a wide, heavy pot over a medium-high flame. Shahi Mutton Curry or Gosht Shahi Korma is a rich and tasty mutton curry made with cashew and brown onion sauce.
Instructions to make Shahi Mutton qorma:
- Take a mixer jar add almonds, green cardamom seeds, coconut, kesar threads, javatri, jaifal, rose water and grind it well paste and keep aside.
- Take cooker, add oil, cumin seeds, black pepper, clove, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, green cardamom, bay leaf, star anise, mutton and stir fry well then add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and stir fry well. Add curd cook it well and then add some water and cover the lid of the cooker and pressure 3-4 whistles.
- For mutton tender add brown onion and cook 5 minutes and add grind masala, mix well and cook add some water, then again cook well for 10 minutes low flame.
- Ready to serve with naan.
