- Take it in a bowl and cool it down.
- Make syrup, by boiling sugar and water in a pan, and cook till one string consistency is obtained.
- Add cardamom and saffron and mix well and keep aside
- Once the sooji dough is cooled, take small portion from it and roll into a smooth ball.
- Heat oil for deep frying, drop balls in medium hot oil and fry till golden.
- Drain the balls and add immediately into the syrup. Let it soak and rest for 30 minutes In the sugar syrup
