  3. Add ginger garlic paste, meat and salt and stir well. Let meat fry for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Make a paste of kashmiri red chilli powder in little water and add into meat. Give it a good stir.
  5. Now slowly and gradually add yogurt and keep stirring. Let it cook for 5 minutes over high flame.
  6. Add fennel powder,dry ginger powder, green cardamom,cloves, nutmeg powder, Mace powder in to the meat,stir nicely.
  7. Add water or chicken broth as per the consistency of the curry you want,I have used chicken broth.
  8. Cover the lid and let it cook,if you don't want to pressure cook then it will take 30 to 35 minutes otherwise pressure cook it until soft.
  9. Gravy is medium thick turn of the flame.
  10. Garnish with green coriander leaves.
  11. Serve hot with white rice or naan.
