- Get 1 tsp dry fenugreek

- Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Make ready 1 tsp garam masala
- Take 1 tsp sugar
- Make ready 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tsp powdered black pepper
- Prepare 1 cup water
- Get 1 cup milk
Instructions to make Coconut Gravy Chaap:
- Firstly, take a container add some water and heat it. Once it start heating put chaap into it and keeping boil. After 10 min. strain the chaap and cut it as shown in picture.
- Take a pan. Put some oil and deep frying tha chaap till it become little golden brown.
- Grind the onion with the help of grinder.
- Reduce the oil as required for frying onions,ginger and garlic. Firstly put cumin, clove,both cardamon,cinnamon stick and dry red chilli.Once it start fragnant then add onion paste. Cook onion for 5-8 min then it become golden brown.
- Then grind the soaked poppy seeds,cheshews,almonds,coconut
- Add salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,kashmiri red chilli powder,black pepper powder. Mix it well for 1 min.
- Then add paste of coconut,poppy seeds,almonds and cashews. Mix it well put milk and water and add some fresh cream. Mix it well and add sugar and cover it for 5 mins. After 5 min add deep frying chaap and dry fenugreek. Again covered it for 5 min.
- Garnish it with some coconut powder. Serve hot.
