- Take 250 gm yogurt
- Prepare 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
- Take 1/2 tsp gram masala powder
- Prepare 1 tsp black salt

- Prepare 2 Onions finely cut
- Take 1 tomato finely cut
- Take 2 green chillies finely cut
- Prepare 1-2 cucumbers finely cut
- Get 1 lemon

Steps to make Matar Pulao:
- Put oil in a pan and add onions in it. When onions turns golden brown, then add whole spices in it. Bhonofy it.
- Now add peas, bhonofy it for a while and then add water in it.
- When peas become tender, then add green chillies and rice into it. Add little water according to rice tendency.
- When rice is half cooked (check 1 rice with ur finger and also salt). Now add yogurt, mix it well and give dum for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve it hot.
- For red chutney: blend all the ingredients in a blender. And serve it in a bowl.
- For Green chutney: blend all ingredients in a blender and then dish out it
- For raita: beat yogurt into a bowl, then add all spices and mix it well.
- Salad: mix all vegetables and spices. Serve it in a bowl.
