- Get 1 cup Urad dal

Instructions to make Masala Dosa:
- Soak both rice and dal separately for 4 hours.Grind first udad dal and than rice separately.I grinded in stone mortar.Mix it and add salt.Ferment it for 12 hours.
- Next day mix it well again.
- For Potato mixture make a potato bhaji normally same as that with about ingredients.
- On the pan spread the dosa batter add ghee and potato bhaji cook it. Fold it.
- Serve with chutney or sambhar.
