- Take as needed chicken/beef/mushroom bouillon powder
- Prepare 4-5 florets broccoli, chopped
- Make ready 2 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- Prepare 2 green onion, sliced
- Make ready 1 egg, lightly beaten
- Prepare Unsalted butter/olive oil as needed to cook the pancake
The pancake is covered, steamed until it's creamy and custard-like, and then uncovered and sizzled to golden perfection. If you've never seen fried rice pancakes in a restaurant or even heard. Use a fork to mash the rice a little or you can blend it a little with the milk but you want some graininess to give the pancakes their special texture.
