- Make ready 1 tbsp Whole black pepper
- Get 3 tsp Sugar
- Take 3 tbsp Garam masala powder
- Get 1 pinch Saffron soaked in 1/4cup warm Milk
- Prepare 1 cup Water
- Prepare 1.5 tbsp Rose water
- Take 1.5 tbsp Kewra water

- Add rose water, kewra water and Saffron infused milk. Cover and simmer for 2 min. Switch off the flame.
- Meanwhile, in a frying pan heat 25 g butter and 6tbsp ghee. Add the sliced onions and fry till the onion rings are translucent.
- Add the fried onion rings with all the butter and ghee into the chicken.
