- Spread potato lachha on a chhalni & give it a shape of katori. Press it by another chhalni.
- Now deep fry the same with chhalni in hot oil on low flame. After 2 minutes take out chhalni and fry lachha.
- Potato lachha katori is ready.
- Now put kabli chana chhote in katori. Add Imli chatne, curd, onion, green chhili, black salt, chat masala, coriander powder, red Chilli powder. On the top, put yellow sev bhujia and pudina patta for perfect look. Alu Lachha Katori Chat is ready to serve.
