- Get 1/4 cup Boiled Black Chana
- Prepare 1 tsp Coriander powder
- Get 1 tsp Jeera Powder
- Make ready 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
- Make ready 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
- Make ready 1.5 tsp Leftover Dhania Pudina paste
- Get as per taste Salt
- Get as per taste Black salt
Instructions to make Kolkata Style Puchka:
- Boil Potato 5-6 hrs before.
- Prepare a soft dough with ingredients mentioned above. Cover it with wet cloth and leave it for 30 mins.
- Pre Heat the oil in the kadhai. Roll all the puris from the prepared dough and put Start frying the puris at a high flame and then lower the flame once the puri gets popped up.
- For Preparing Puchka paani - take handful of coriander and mint leaves, green chilli, ginger, lemon juice and tamarind pulp in a jar and gring it well. Strain the mixture and keep aside the leftover dhania pudina paste for masala.
- Mix water and all the spices mentioned in the ingredients.
- For masala - Mash the potatoes put all the ingredients mentioned above and mix it well.
