  1. Aik bowl ya jar main cutti lal mirch aur salt ko mix krlain.
  2. Badiyan,tezpaat,choti illachi ko 2 minute dry roast krlain.
  3. Pot main oil garam krain medium heat py.jab oil main bubbles banay lagain tu flame slow krdain aur dryroast ajza add krdain.oil ko slow flame py simmer hony dain 10 min.
  4. Garlic ko peel krlain.sabut jaway bhi ly sakty hain aur garlic cloves ko chop bhi krskty hain.10 min baad tamam lehsun oil main daal dain.oil main lehsun ko golden hony dain. Zara si heat increase bhi krskty hain lehsun ko burn ya kala nahi karna sirf bhagar ky jaisa golden krna hy.
  5. Lehsun ka colour change hoty hi flame close krdain.pot ko stove sy hata kar cool hony dain.jab oil cool.ho jye tu badiyan,cinnamon,tezpaat remove krdain.ye oil cutti lal mirch py slowly pour krain.spoon sy stir krty rahain so that achi mixing ho.
  6. Agar app lehsun remove krna chahy tu nikal dain.mery ghar main bhagr ky lehsun bhi pasand krty hain isslye main oil main rehny deti hoon.1 badiyan ka phool bhi oil main rehny dyskty hain aroma ky lye (optional).
  7. Ye oil room temperature py 1 week rakh skty hain or frudge main bhi. Agar fridge main rakhain tu use krny sy thora time pehly bahr nikal dain so that temperature adjust hojye. Use sy pehly stir zaroor krain.
  8. Note:agar kabhi salan py roghan na eye (tari ya rounq) tu oil garam kar ky bhagar ki tarha add krskty hain. Raita ya daal ka tarka bhi laga skty hain. Aur wonton,dimsum,springroll ky sath as a dip bhi use hota hy.
