  6. Add another onion(slice cut)
  7. Green chillies (cut in cubes)gfry fot a min..
  8. Now add mutton along with ginger garlic paste.. fry for 2 min..
  9. NOTE: Add Potatoes after mutton fry if uses or skip that part..(usually in occasions i did not add potatoes)
  10. Now in a bowl add yogurt with coriander,cumin and all spice powder..
  11. Mix well and add into mutton..
  12. Cook for 5,6min..
  13. Soak rice for one hour and drain it's water(use Saleh or Basmati)
  14. Now in pot add mutton yakhni and salt according to rice..
  15. Add rice and cook till water dries..
