  3. SAMOSA MASALA :1)take some oil in pan. 2) 4/5 boiled potatoes, smash it & add kadi patta, akha dhanya, little turmaric powder, add salt in it & mix it. 3) also add chillies & ginger paste & some coriander leaves. 4)mix it well.
  4. TO MAKE SAMOSA: 1) First make a roll of chapati from maida atta. 2) divide that chapati into two parts. 3)stuff the masala. 4) fried it.
