  2. Get Sugar
  3. Make ready Ghee
  4. Prepare Cashew nuts, chopped

Instructions to make Banana halwa:
  1. Peel the bananas ant grind them make a fine puree.
  2. Add ghee to a wok add cashew nuts and roast them till little brown.Take them out in a bowl
  3. Now add banana puree to wok alog with some ghee stir it on low flame.
  4. When the puree start thicking add sugar cardamom powder and cashew nuts add little amount of ghee if required it give a shiny texture to halwa.
  5. As halwa starts leaving ghee means its done stir it for more 10min till desired colour.
  6. Transfer the ready halwa to a gresed pan and with the help of flate knife spered it evenly.
  7. Let it cool and set.
  8. With the help of sharp knife cut the halwa in sqaure pieces.
  9. Serve it in tray
