- Make ready 250 grams Mutton Pieces
- Get 1 Big Chopped Onion

- Make ready 1 Cup Thick Coconut Milk
- Make ready 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

- Make ready 1 Cinnamon stick
- Prepare 4 cloves
- Get 3 Cardamoms
Instructions to make Mutton Stew:
- Heat a tbsp of oil in a Pressure Cooker, add all the Whole Spices mentioned above and saute for a minute.
- Add the Chopped Onions, Green Chillies and Ginger Garlic paste. Saute for 3minutes.
- Then add the Mutton Pieces, salt and saute for a minute.
- Pour the 2Cups of thin Coconut milk and Mix well. Close the Pressure Cooker and cook for 5 whistles.
- After 5whistles, the Mutton Pieces has cooked soft.
- Pour the cup of thick Coconut Milk, mix well. Check for salt. Keep the flame low and let it one boil and turn off the stove.
- Sprinkle some chopped Coriander Leaves. Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Mutton Stew is Ready to serve. Enjoy with Hot Appam and IIdyappam's.
