- Get 1 small Finely chopped onion
- Get 1 green chilli slit cut
- Prepare 1.5 tsp chopped / minced garlic
- Make ready 1 tsp chopped/ minced ginger
- Get 1.5 tsp dark soy sauce
- Prepare 1.5 tsp vinegar
- Take 1 tbsp ching’s red chilli sauce
- Take 2-3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Take Salt for taste
- Take 1/2 tbsp ching’s green chilli sauce and
- Take 1 tbsp oil
- Prepare Water if required
- Prepare 1 tsp black pepper powder

- Add fried Manchurian balls and stir. Garnish with leftover scallion greens. Set aside to use as filling in dosa.
- Heat dosa skillet. Spread dosa batter in round shape and apply ghee. Spread Manchurian filling and roll the dosa. Serve it hit just like that or with coconut chutney. I promise you won’t need chutney or sambhar😉
