- Prepare 4 slices bread (I have used white bread),
- Take 1.5 tbsp milk powder
- Prepare 3 tbsp warm milk

- Get 1/2 tsp cardamon powder

- In a wide bottom pan, add 1 katori water and 1 katori sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame and let the syrup become a bit sticky.
- Now add cardamon powder. Mix well.
- Add lemon juice, so that there is no crystalisation of sugar.
- Now cut edges of bread slices. Grind it in the mixer.
- Now add milkpowder and cream. Mix well. Slowly add warm milk, and knead it to make a smooth dough.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Divide the dough into small round balls.
- Fry all the balls till golden brown.
- Add the warm balls into warm sugar syrup. Cover it with a lid and let them rest for 2hours. - Your bread gulabjamuns are ready.
