Instructions to make Mutton Kunna:
  1. Wash the mutton nicely.
  2. Clean cloth main Dal ky potli bana lein.
  3. Heat oil in pan add oinon and fry light golden brown.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Add meat and dry ingredients cloth (potli)
  6. Cook meat until meat change the colour.
  7. Add all spices and mix well.
  8. Add water as required.
  9. Cook for 20 minutes in pressure cooker.
  10. Meat is tenderized well add flour paste and cook on low heat. For 10 minutes.
  11. Mutton Kunna is ready to serve.
  12. Serve hot with green chilli,fried oinon, lemon and naan.
