- Get 8 cup rice
- Take 8 carrot medium
- Make ready 2 medium onions
- Get Large chicken breast

Instructions to make Fried rice:
- Turn on the flame and add oil in a frying pan allow to heat then add marinated chicken.I marinated the chicken with maggi,curry and all purpose spice,fry the chicken breast for about 15 minutes
- Remove from the pan,add more oil on the same pan,add slice onions
- Fry a little and add the grated scotch bonnet fry then add the slice carrot and peas, allow to cook for some minute,add maggi,curry and spices of your choice
- Add perboiled rice stire it until well combine,add sweet corn
- Stir and finally add the chicken breast mix until well combine and serve with sauce of choice,i serve mine with peppered chicken
