  1. Take cooker add 1/4 cup toor dal 1/4 mutton bone shallots, chopped tomato, mutton masala, salt… then add 2 cup of water cook for 3-4 whistles in medium heat
  2. Take kadai add oil, ghee then add garam masala chopped onion sauté well then add ginger garlic paste sauté until the raw smell of gone after add veggies chilli powder coriander powder turmeric powder salt stir well in medium heat
  3. Add 1 cup of water then veggies cook on 3/4th… after add mutton dal cook 10mins in low heat
  4. Simmer 15mints the oil floding on top… finally add coriander leaves
