- Sieve Besan. Add suji to it.

- After 15 mins check the batter. Prick knife or tooth pick. If comes out well then dhoklas r done. Allow it to cool. Take small kadai for Tempering.. add oil. Add mustard seeds into it. When it splatters. Add curry pata little water green chillies and pour over the dhoklas.
- Cut the dhoklas into small pieces and serve hot with green chutney.
