  20. Prepare 3 cups basmati rice
  21. Make ready 2 lemon slices and 1 tomato 🍅 slices

  23. Get Few drops red colour
  24. Take 1/4 cup milk
  25. Get 2 tbsp podina
  26. Prepare 2 potato cubes (optional)
  27. Get 1/4 tsp jaifal javatri powder

Mutton Dum Biryani Recipe is a biryani recipe that is packed with flavours of the caramelized onions and the spices.   1. First of all boiled rice with salt and few drops of lemon and oil (about half done) and strain it.

  6. Now cook it well until it (motton)becomes tender completely,now add green, jaifal javatri,Coriander and mint leaves.
  7. Now shifting the rice in motton pot and set the layers of biryani and spread the colour, tomato, brown onions and lemon slices and spread 3,4 tbsp lukewarm milk like this way also add 2 tbsp ghee on the top of biryani and dum it for 20 minutes.
  8. After 20 minutes open the lid and mix the biryani and keep set in small patili and dish like this way.
  9. A delicious and recreate motton biryani is ready to serve, enjoy like we eat in restaurant.
