Instructions to make Paneer Masoor dal Curry:
  1. In a bowl, mix paneer with all of the ingredients for the paneer marinade, let marinate for 1 hr.
  2. Heat a pan and roaste all the dry speices and transfer it into mixture jar and add the other paste ingredients and make a paste. Don't use water while grinding.
  3. Heat a ghee and oil in the pan and add a paste which previously made, cook it till the ghee and oil separate out from paste. Than add tomato puree and cook it for 3 mins, add cashew powder, green galrlic, masoor dal and little amount of water into it, mix it well and cook for 5 to 10 mins.
  4. Now combine the paneer and remaining ingredients into that gravy, cover it with lid and cook for 10- 15 min. Add required amount of water,sugar, salt, red chilli powder and last add Coriander leaves and serve it with steam rice or roti.
