- Heat the ghee in a wok and add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, cardamoms, bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves and stir well. Add marinated mutton, salt and stir for 4 mins. Add Amul cream. Stir on slow fire for 60 mins with cover on.
- Garnish with cilantro. Check on seasoning and enjoy with Roti or Paratha.
