- Grind tomato,ginger and red chillies in a blender. Don't add water to it

- Add the required salt for the batter.
- Add water and mix the batter thoroughly without any lumps. The batter has be slightly thin like wheat dosa batter
- To the batter add finely chopped onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves and roasted cumin seeds.
- Rest the batter for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Heat the dosa tawa on high flame and pour the dosa from the outer corner to the middle of the tawa. Lower the flame and wait till the upper side becomes dry. Pour 1 tsp of oil around the dosa and flip and cook for 1 minute.
- Transfer the dosa to a serving plate and enjoy with coconut chutney.
