  4. Aub roasted masalay aur baki garam masalae, jaifal, jawetri, darcheni, bari elachi. Hoti elachi, long, tez patta, badiyan ka phool sub ko mix kar lein
  5. Aub sare sabit masale grand kar lein
  6. Keene main papaya paste add krein
  7. Ginger garlic paste add krein

  9. Kashmiri lal mirch add krein

  16. 2 hour ke baad ek mote penday ki pateli main keema dal kar slow flame par 3 hour ke liye pakne rakh dein cover kar ke
  17. 3 hour ke baad ghee add krein 15 min mazeed slow flame par pakain
  18. Flame off kar ke koile ka dhowan de dein 10 min ke liye cover kar dein
