- Soak bombay semolina and rice semolina for 10minutes. Add cut tomatos, cumin seeds, coconut, green chillis, ginger, curry leaves, water and salt. Grinde them in mixer jar to smooth batter.
- Transe the batter to a vessel. Heat the pan grease oil, put and spread dosa batter. Sprinkle oil. Close lid and bake one side crisp on sim heat.
- Once it is baked transe to serving plate/banana leaf and serve with coconut chutney.
