- Assemble ingredients.chop onion in slices & chop ginger garlic as well.
- Add all ingredients in wok (karahi) except oil.cover and cook at low-medium flame.qeema will cook in own water & in tomatoes & dahi water.
- Check in between & stir to blend ingredients nicely.smoke a coal at stove till it is burning hot.
- Fry the qeema when water is nearly all dried up.place a foil paper in between qeema in karahi.place the burning hot coal at foil paper. Pour oil in karahi around qeema & cover the karahi.let the smoke incorporates in karahi qeema.
- Close the lid & let the smoke flavours qeema.open cover before serving.add chop green chillies and garnish with fresh chop haradhania. Serve hot with garma garam nan or paratha & enjoy with cookpad.
