  1. In a Bowl add Yoghurt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder and Garam Masala Powder. Whisk well.
  2. In a Chopper add Garlic Cloves, Coriander Leaves Onion, and Green Chillies. Chop Well.
  3. Add Oil in a pan. Add Black PepperCorns, Cloves, Bay Leaf, Green Cardamom, and Cinnamon Sticks. Mix for 10 Seconds.
  4. Now in it add Onion and Green Chilli Mixture. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Add Liver (Kaleji) in it. Mix and Cook for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Add the Yoghurt with Spices mixture in it. Cook for 4-5 Minutes again.
  7. Cover and Cook on Medium Flame until Oil Separates. (Approx 4-5).
  8. Uncover and Stir.
  9. Add Lemon Juice and Cumin Seeds. Mix.
  10. Cook for 4-5 minutes while Stirrings.
  11. Add Salt. Mix.
