  1. Prepare 1 cup instant oats
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup semolina (sooji)
  4. Get 1/4 cup carrot, chopped finely
  5. Take 1/4 cup capsicum, finely chopped
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup chopped, green coriander
  8. Take 1 tsp ginger, grated
  9. Prepare 1 tsp, chopped fresh red chillies
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  11. Get 1/3 tsp tumeric powder
  12. Prepare 1/3 tsp red chilli powder (not hot)
  13. Make ready 1 tsp chaat masala powder
  14. Prepare Salt as required
  15. Prepare 3/4 cup fresh yoghurt
Steps to make Oats Uttapam:
  1. Grind semolina and oats to powder. Mix wheat flour, salt, turmeric, cumin powder, red chilli powder and chaat masala.
  2. Add yoghurt to the oats mix and make the batter. Chop the vegetables.
  3. Mix the chopped veggies well in batter.
  4. Heat a wok with oil/ghee. Take a ladle of uttapam batter and spread evenly. Cover and fry on medium to low flame. Flip and fry the other side.
  5. Serve yummy oats uttapam with tomato and coconut chutney. Thanks
