- Prepare 3 roughly chopped tomatoes

- In a grinding jar, add tomatoes and green chilli and grind them to make a thick puree.
- Now, in a bowl add puree, wheat flour rice flour, sooji and mix well add water slowy, to make a smooth batter.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, chopped onion, coriander leaves, jeera and mix well and let it sit for 15minutes.
- After, Heat a pan and grease it with some oil, slowly add some batter and spread well. Heat it from both sides by fliping it.
- And your Tomato Dosa is ready to serve.
