- Take rice and soak it for around 15 mins and then air-dry it in a large plate or strainer so that it dries out completely.
- Now for kabas, take the chicken pieces in a blending jar and blend it into a paste, without adding water. Now add vinegar, soya sauce, green chilli, garlic crushed, spring onions, chopped onion, salt, chopped coriander leaves, oil and give it a mix and keep it aside.
- Now make small balls or kababs out of the chicken paste & coat them with rice as shown in fig 1. & steam it till 15 mins & you can serve them hot.
