- In a pot,put meat with all the ingredients and 4-6 cups water to make yakhni. add 1 tbsp salt to it and let it cook until meat is full done and water reduces to half
- In another pot put oil,fry 1 sliced onion until light Brown, add ginger garlic paste and bhunen for sometime.
- Now add meat to it strained from the yakhni,isko bhoon Lein ache se,add dahi and cook for sometime and add the remaining yakhni with son green chillies.
- Adjust salt at this stage,now add soaked rice and check for water if it's 1 finger above the rice and keep on dum for 15-20mins
- Serve with raita,shami kabab and Zarda.
