  2. In a mixer jar make a fine paste of banana. In a bowl add this banana paste, wheat flour, raw, cardamon powder, fennel seeds, saffron strands and condensed milk.
  3. Now add milk gradually and mix well. The consistency should be bit thick and keep it aside for hour or two.
  4. Heat a pan for frying malpuas. Slide batter with a medium spoon into frying pan in middle. Let it sit in pan and fry it on low flame and flip it on another side too.
  5. For sugar syrup - Heat a pan add water let it come to a boil, add sugar and cardamons and cook on slow flame till it reaches 1 thread consistency.
