  2. Strain and tie in muslin cloth and keep to get sprout for 2-3 days.

  4. Strain excess water.
  5. In a serving tray or bowl put boiled chana.
  6. Add chaat masala and pepper powder.
  7. Now garnish by slices of carrots, cucumber, tomato and coriander leaves.
  8. Add lemon juice.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
