  17. Get as needed coriander leaves For flavours and garnishing

Instructions to make Daal makhni:
  1. Soak daal and rajmah overnight
  2. Take cooker.. Heat oil.. Put Jeera.. Hing.. Ginger paste.. Mix
  3. Then add tomato paste..all spices.. Mix Cover with plate and cook for 5 mins
  4. Then add soaked daal and rajmah.. Little water… Mix cook for 5 mins
  5. Cover the lid of cooker. Take 7 to 8 whistles
  6. Let it loose it's air..open and check.. If required take some more whistles and add little water
  7. Add little malai.. And mix well.. Cook for 2mins.. Off the flame..
  8. It's done.. Tamper it slightly
  9. Garnish with fresh corriender and green Chilli and serve
  10. Enjoy with Jeera rice.. Laccha paratha.. Ajwain Salted paratha.. masala paratha. Kulcha.. As per your taste
