Pani Puri recipe or Golgappas Recipe - puffed puris stuffed with ragda, sometimes moong I am happy to share the pani puri recipe from the streets of Mumbai. I have lot of vivid memories of eating.   2. Fry them on low flame till it become nice golden in colour
  3. Pani- In mixer add pudina, green chilli, coriander, salt and amchur powder. Make paste of it. Add cold water in it. Add salt as per your taste.
  4. Sweet chutney- in mixer add tamarind pulp, soaked dates or grated jaggery, red chilli powder and salt. Grind it till it become smooth.
  5. Make cavity in puri with delicate hand. Fill it with boondhi, mash potato, little amchur powder, and sweet chutney. Pour pudina pani in it. And eat it immediately.
