They are simple and easy fritters made with besan and potatoes and so are called. Aloo pakora or aloo bajji recipe - thin potato slices are coated with besan, rice flour batter and the deep fried till crisp.

- Collect the ingredients.

- Add water as required, mix well. The consistency of the batter is like semi thick as shown. Cover it with the lid. Rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying. Dip the slices of potato in besan batter and drop in hot oil. Fry it till golden brown on medium high flame.
- Take it out in the plate. Soak in tissue paper. Aloo pakoda is ready to serve with tomato ketup. Enjoy!!!😊
