So Heat the oil at medium low flame from the begining and when it's hot enough add the eggplants and fry for a longer time in order to make them crispy. 🙂. There should not be any lumps in the batter and crispiness comes from how well the batter is mixed.
  2. Heat refined oil in a wok.Smear little salt to the brinjal rounds.Dip each piece in batter and fry in oil in low to medium flame till crispy.Sprinkle chaat masala or black salt and serve.
