  7. Add kewra,mix it.
  8. Take a piece of koal,burn it in the flame.take a small bowl put it koal in it,sprinkle butter in it.put 2 peice of clove in it.
  9. Place it in the mixture,make a hole & put it in.
  10. Lid it for 10 mimiutes,so that we get a smoky aroma.
  11. Now open Lid & take out coal bowl.
  12. Mix it again.
  13. Heat a pan spread butter or oil,let it hot.
  14. Keep the flame medium.
  15. Make balls From the mixture.flat it.put it on the Heat pan.
  16. Bake it in the slow flame.flip it other side & bake well.
  17. Remove it from the flame.
  18. Keep it prepared baked bows.
  19. Garnish it with green chuteny & onion rings.
  20. For bowls take 1 cup maida.butter 80 gm,salt 1 pinch.sugar 1 Tsp.
  21. Mix & rub well.knead it with the help of Sprinkles water.
  22. Make balls from this dough.place it in the tarts mold.fork it.
  23. Now keep it in preheated oven at 150 degree for 10 mimiutes.
  24. Take it out,let it be cool.now it is ready to use.
