- Coriander leaves chopped, salt,gàram masala,tomatoes, egg 1 UN cook, and mix well.
- Keep aside for 1 hour,shape into big kababs, shallow fry in oil /ghee,and fix 1slice of tomato onto each kabab before frying. Fry till light golden in colour.
