- Make ready 2 tbsp. Tuver dal
- Prepare 1 tsp. Chana dal
- Get 1 tsp moong dal
- Take 3-4 dry red chilli

- Take 1 tbsp dry coriander seeds

- Take as needed Khada masala
- Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 2 tbsp tamarind

- Thakkali Pachadi:- Chopped tomatoes and boiled in water. Mix tender coconut malai onion chilli 1tb curd salt in a mixie jar and churn. Add boiled tomato again curd and churn mix well and churn. Serve in a bowl.For tadka:-Heat oil mustard cumin seeds curry leaves and dry red chilli. Pour ona tomato mixture. THAKKALI PACHADI IS READY.
- For Sambhar:–Roast dry dal in a pan one by one. and take out in a plate. Now roast all masala and khada masala. Take in a mixie jar add asofortida turmeric powder red chilli powder mustard seeds and oil. Churn and make dry powder.
- Heat oil add mustard seeds red chilli and all chopped veggies saute add 2tbsp powder. saute and add water cook on a slow flame add sambhar masala salt red chilli powder turmeric powder and soaked tamrind cover and simmer 15-20 mins. Sambhar is ready.
- Tasty delicious Kerela thali is ready to serve. With coconut water
