  1. Chop n wash your Pork.Slice your lemon into 4 slices n put in a cooking pot with the pork n some water,boil till the water evaporates.
  2. Ones all the water evaporates,remove the lemon n let your pork continue cooking in low heat till it browns.If the pork is not fatty you can add two tablespoons of oil.
  3. Chop your onions and add to the pork keep cooking in medium heat till it browns
  4. Add the tomatoes na cover till its properly cooked.You can also add salt to taste.Ones its well cooked add your knorr cube.You can also add chill if you like it.
  5. Let your pork cook till the tomatoes are nolonger runny but has a thick paste.Then your pork is ready to serve.

One of my favorite dish since my childhood days. I adapted this recipe from my grand mother. This Pork masala Fry recipe is a "must" dish at a Kerala Christian home especially in Trichur, for any special occasion. Add sliced pork and marinate a few hours:this can be done on the morning; refrigerate. Heat wok or large frypan on High.
