The ingredients needed to make Cabbage paratha:
  1. Take 400 gms wheat flour
  2. Take 100 gms gram flour/ besan
  3. Prepare 250 grams Cabbage
  4. Prepare 1 Onion
  5. Get 4 green chillies, finely chopped
  6. Get as required coriander leaves,chopped
  7. Take 2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Make ready to taste Salt
  10. Get 5 tsp Oil
  11. Take as needed Water
Steps to make Cabbage paratha:
  1. Cut cabbage into 4 quarters and soak it in warm salted water for about 10 minutes. Then rinse the cabbage and grate it finely.
  2. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Knead everything well using little water or as needed.
  4. Knead to a soft dough and set it aside for 10minutes. After 10 minutes make dough balls.
  5. Roll to an evenly round shaped paratha. Sprinkle flour as needed.
  6. Heat a tawa on a medium flame. Place the cabbage paratha on the hot tawa. Apply oil and toast. When you see bubbles coming up on the paratha, flip to the otherside.
  7. Toast it on both the sides until well cooked and brown spots begins to appear.
  8. Serve cabbage paratha with yogurt, pickle or chutney.
