In a large bowl, mix the malt vinegar, soy, seasonings, coriander stalks and egg. Add the chicken pieces and toss until evenly coated. Add the cornflour and white flour, and mix thoroughly again. Knead the raw meatballs, thin bulgur, flour, grated onion, red pepper, salt and pepper in a bowl and knead well until the meatballs are mixed.

- Open it,water should be finished.
- Put all things together in a mixture griender, remove the Bay leaf,& griended,all things very smooth.
- Mix all powdered spices,Malai,salt rose petals,mix it.
- Add Brown onion paste,gram flour,kewra,salt,mix it very well.keep it a side in a bowl.
- Take a piece of koal,burn it red hot,put it in a small bowl,make a hole in the kebab dough,place this bowl,put 1 Tsp ghee in it & put 1 clove in it.lid it 10 miniutes.
- After 10 miniutes open it,mix it again make medium balls from this.
- Heat a pan,Add ghee,put all kebabs in it.bake it in slow flame till crispy.
- In a bowl add maida,salt,oil,mix it.knead it with the help of water.
- Take a bowl,make a chapati from this dough,place it in the bowl make marks with the knife on it.
- Keep it in the preheated oven at 150 degree for 10 miniutes.
- After that remove it from the oven.it will be looks like a bowl shape.
- Arrange all kebabs in this bowl.
- Serve it with Green chuteny, onion rings with lime.
