  1. Wash rinse n blanch spinach. Add 2-3drops of oil sugar and salt. And chop in chopper add cream.
  2. Now heat ghee and oil in a pan add red chilli cumin seeds and chopped onion ginger garlic crunchy paste and chilli crunchy paste. Saute properly. Add salt and spinach mixture.Stir well. Now add boiled tur dal.kasuri methi crushed with hands. Kitchen king masala garam masala and turmeric powder stir well. Add 1/2cup water.And cook on mid slow flame.
