- First add little oil in a pan fry meat add ginger garlic paste fry till oil left
- Add all spices in it fry well when meat 30 percent tender add 3 cups water and add daal Chana in it and cook it in a low flame
- Cook till meat and daal become completely tender and water become dry
- Now grand it in a chopper to make shami kababs
- Add onion green chilli and green podiana mix it in this mixture
- Now add 1 egg make a shape of kababs
- 0Now fry it in a little oil in normal flame
