- Open the lid and flip the bafauri again cover and cook for 10 minutes
- Wash and cut the beetroot into star shape. Boil water in a pan with black salt, sugar and cumin powder, after a boil add beetroot cook for 5 minutes
- Serve hot with green chutney and Beetroot.
