- Prepare 1 Chopped Onion

- Heat a tbsp of oil in a pressure cooker. Add the Curry leaves and items under Spices, saute for 45 seconds and then add the chopped onions.

- Once the onions and tomatoes are cooked, add the Spice Powders (Red chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and Turmeric Powder) saute till the Raw smell leaves.
- Add the Mutton Pieces, Salt and enough water for the Mutton to cook. Cook for 5 to 6 Whistles.
- While the Mutton is cooking, in a mixer jar add the items under "To make Paste" and grind them to a fine paste.
- After 5whistles, the Mutton has cooked soft
- Now add the grounded coconut Paste. Mix well with the Cooked Mutton and further cook for another 3 to 5 Minutes.
- Check for Salt and Consistency. Finally add some chopped coriander leaves.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Hot and Delicious Mutton KUZHAMBU is ready to Serve. Enjoy with Rice, Idli, Dosa, Chappathi and Rotis.
